Order Issues (Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items)

If you experience an issue with your order — such as:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective item

  • An incorrect item received

  • Non-delivery

You must submit an order issue via your order page within 14 days of receiving the product (or expected delivery date).

Once reported:

  • The brand will review the case.

  • Photo evidence may be required.

  • The brand will either resend the affected product(s) or issue a refund.

  • All brands are required to resolve valid order-related issues.

  • We will ensure the issue is handled appropriately.


Returns

Return eligibility depends on the brand’s individual return policy, which is clearly stated on each product page.

Some brands offer full returns (including change of mind), while others offer limited returns (only for damaged or incorrect items).

If change-of-mind returns are accepted by the brand:

  • The return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery (for EU customers).

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

If change-of-mind returns are not accepted, only damaged, defective, or incorrect items qualify for refund or replacement.


Refund Processing

Once a return or claim is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

  • If a replacement is agreed upon, the item will be shipped directly by the brand.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package appears delayed or lost:

  • Please report the issue via your order page.

  • We will coordinate with the brand and shipping carrier to investigate.

  • If the carrier confirms the parcel as lost, a replacement or refund will be arranged.


EU Consumer Rights

For customers within the European Union:

  • You have the right to withdraw from eligible purchases within 14 days of receiving the product.

  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized products.

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is faulty.

This right applies only where the brand’s return policy permits withdrawal.
